Trying hard to be a human being

I was just going through Facebook and online news. Earthquake.... earthquake... death ... death.... injured... injured.... damage homes so many such news are in face book walls.

Earthquake and again..... calls from loved one.
What we can ???
This is the natural disaster which can happen in any corner of this earth. This is not in our full control but in the other hand who made such disaster???
Probably us. We made Kachha house. We reduce the forest size. In the name of development we destroyed our natural beauty. So we need to face the problem.
Hereafter.?? why it happened??
We all say we are human beings but... we may not.
We had dig the pond from last 5/6 decade and now we trapped in our own pond. We made development but it was destroyed. We made 7 TALLE big bungalow without doing proper guideline.
Now the time to see our face in mirror. How we looks ?? are we human?? ask your self and get answer.
Human = Sachha Manav
Now trying hard to be a Sachha Manav with honest, self control, Help each other. Lets see day has started. Trying to follow all the rules and regulation which comes with me. It may be the design of house, help to each other, hard and dedicate in work, truth.

Luckily a book named Megaliving by Robin Sharma is in my hand. and in Background listing SrimadBhagbat Gita by  Guru Bhanu Sharma.

Will start from small and small things to be a Human.



 

Earthquake in Nepal and Again earthquake

A strong earthquake hit in Nepal. On Bikram Sambat 2072 Baishakh 12 Saturday (25th April 2015). It was 7.8 RS and the. 8000+ people has died. The Dharahara Tawar has fall down and several houses and historic places has damages.

Again Yesterday (Bikram Sambat 2072 Baishakh 29 Tuesday-   12th May 2015) Another strong quake hit Nepal. It was 7.7 RS. Again the damages and casualty reports have been coming. 

Nature is just doing the test of us.

My parents and family are in Nepal. After the 2 big socks and more than couple of dorzon of socks Gaindakot area is safe. 

It is really difficult time for Us. I just left my family at Nepal couple of days before of 1st earthquake.

11:00	Birthday celebration with Staff and RGM (Surprised celebration organized by Shree Anil Sir)
12:30	Tehri visit @ Tourism minister’s residence (Mr Dinesh Dhane)
1:30	Tehri Dam Visit with RGM Shri Anil Singh
3:00	Lunch
3:30	At office Mail checking and replies
8:00	Dinner
Today	My birthday
Creativity	Motivation to staff
Utilization of time	5%
What goes wrong	Only thinking not executing the ideas.

Lesson of the day: - Don’t be overconfident. Learnt from Mr Abhishek Gosai (Comi I) who was threating, that ”I will resign from the post”.  I asked him to give in written.  He was unable coz he does not have job on hand. At evening he came and asking will give resign after getting new job which he is searching for.
