I wake up quite late. There was a daily meeting for 15 minutes only. I was quite happy to finalize the program of HPCL, for the day after tomorrow. I got the some treatment on my face from my spa.

Happy My Managers

Due to tiredness, I unable to continue blog yesterday.

Today there was farewell program to Mr. Vikash (Housekeeping Manager). Today there was a picnic program of my Managers. I was taking care all the department.

There was International cricket Match India vs. Sri Lanka at Sri Lanka. India had won the match in 6 wicked.

Republic Day

Morning weak up call was there at early morning. Today is Republic day in India. There was flag hosting program in our Resort. Program was there 9 am. There was no regular meeting for today.

After long duty for 2 days today I left office quite early around 9 pm. I made a phone call to my Dad & Mom in Nepal.

25th January 09

Morning weak up call was there at 7 am. The short circuits shocked me early morning. Mr. Manoj (Electrician) made it all right after an hour. The regular meeting was for 20 minutes only. Regular routine made very effective with the help of all my managers. To report my Managing Director (Respected sir M N Sharma) is regular work.

In between busy schedule I went Rishikesh to purchase spectacle. I got some problems at my eye.

I had some word with my Director. Thanks Sir (Respected sir, Mr. Puneet) to encourage us in positive way. Today is very good day for me and my staff. There was no single drop complain from any guest even though property was full.

I made sure there was no any purchase left for tomorrow with my present. I made good co ordination with Mr. Vipin Copra (Sales Manager) so that no any revenue loss for our organization.

After Dinner, I checked all the department closing and briefed to security guard and came my room at1:45 am night. Tomorrow there is program of Republic day at 9 am.

There was a regular meeting with my managers. I have regular morning work like to check finance status, staff status and the requirement. Snooker game was really helped me to be fresh. Oh today’s staff meeting was really useful. I was really happy to saw my satisfied staff. I was concentrating to my maintenance division. Oh ya there was some good seen, today. We received advance from Dayal Fertilizer company for the month of February 09.

With speaking to my Mom was fantastic. And even with my elder brother to Saudi Arebia.
