नेपालमा विकासको कुरा गर्दा, हामीले हाम्रो नेताहरूलाई जति पटक गुनासो गरे पनि, सधैं हामीलाई त्यही प्रश्नले सताउँछ: किन हाम्रो देशको अवस्था यसरी गिरिरहेको छ? महँगी निरन्तर बढिरहेको छ, जनताको जीवनस्तर घट्दै गएको छ, तर हरेक पार्टीका नेता र कार्यकर्ताहरूको जीवन भने उस्तै ठाँउमा छ।
महँगीले आम नेपाली जनतालाई छुँदैन। यो कुरा सबैले भन्छन्, तर यसमा कुनै प्रमाण भेटिँदैन। तिनीहरूको सम्पत्ति कहाबाट आउँछ? हरेक पार्टीले आफूलाई जनताको सेवामा समर्पित ठान्छ, तर उनीहरू कसरी गरिबीको विरुद्ध लड्न सक्छन् जब उनीहरूको आफ्नै खर्च र विलासिता पहिलेका जनताको हकमा आउँछन्?
हामीलाई थाहा छ कि Full Timer कार्यकर्ताहरूको लालनपालन कसरि हुन्छ। जसले मात्र चोटीको काम गरिरहेका छन्, तिनीहरूको कुनै व्यक्तिगत जीवन छैन। उनीहरू पार्टीको आर्थिक सहयोगबाट जीवन यापन गर्दछन्।
पुष्पकमल जी लगायत विभिन्न पार्टीका मुखियाहरूको दरबारको भाडा पार्टीले तिर्छ भने, बिडम्बना यो हो कि १ छाक खान धौ धौ पर्ने नेपाली जनताको दुःखको घडीमा कुनै पनि पार्टीले सहयोग गर्दैन।
के हामीले सबै कुरा भुलिसक्यौं? के हामी शान्तिपूर्वक बस्नको लागि र विकासको सपना देख्नको लागि नेताहरूको हेराईमा बस्नुपर्छ? धन्य छौं नेताहरू, तपाईंहरूको यस्तो व्यवहारले हामीलाई केवल गुनासो गर्न मात्र प्रेरित गरेको छ, तर वास्तविक परिवर्तन ल्याउनको लागि चाहिएको दृढ संकल्पको कुनै चिह्न देखिँदैन।
हाम्रो सरकार र पार्टीहरूले जनताको भावनालाई बुझ्नुपर्छ र यथार्थमा फिर्ता जानु पर्छ।
